A well-established construction company in Al Buraymi is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including general maintenance, repair work, and installation projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, suitable for Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English and have experience in handyman work. This position does not include accommodation and is suitable for male candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and identifying any issues or areas that require maintenance or repair
- Performing general repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, patching walls, and troubleshooting electrical or plumbing problems
- Installing fixtures such as shelves, light fixtures, and door handles
- Assisting with renovations and construction projects as needed
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
- Following safety procedures at all times while on the job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs
- Basic knowledge of building materials and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Valid driver's license preferred

Working Conditions:
The Handyman will work on a contractual basis with flexible working hours. The job may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions. The candidate must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
