A reputable property management company in Dar Kulaib is seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Inspect properties and identify any issues or repairs needed
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Install appliances and fixtures as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of various tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
