Community Moderator

As a Community Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging online environment for our English-speaking community of Kenyans in Vianden. Your main duties will include monitoring and moderating user-generated content, responding to user inquiries and concerns, enforcing community guidelines, and facilitating discussions between members. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of online communities, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism. The ideal candidate is a fluent English speaker with a passion for fostering a sense of community and creating meaningful connections within the Kenyan expat community in Vianden. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. No prior experience is required, but previous moderation or customer service experience is a plus.
