Position: Architecture Manager
Location: Vianden, Luxembourg
Salary: $1100 per month

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Vianden. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from concept design to construction completion. Your role will involve leading a team of architects and collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Lead a team of architects and provide guidance and support throughout the project
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve all architectural drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control during construction phase
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Proven track record of delivering successful architectural projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
