Typesetter

As a Typesetter at our publishing company in Clairvaux, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for print or digital publications. You will use your strong attention to detail and knowledge of design principles to ensure that the final product is visually appealing and error-free. This role requires proficiency in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign and a keen eye for typography.

Responsibilities:
- Format text and images according to the layout specifications provided by editors or designers
- Ensure consistency in font, spacing, and alignment throughout the publication
- Proofread content for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors
- Make necessary adjustments to fit text within designated spaces
- Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure the final product meets quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role
- Proficiency in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign
- Strong understanding of design principles and typography
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements

Salary: $1100 per month
