Experienced Roofer

We are hiring an experienced roofer to join our team in Remish. As a roofer, you will be responsible for repairing, installing and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month, and we provide accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-local candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repair or replacement
- Install new roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal
- Repair damaged roofs by replacing missing or broken tiles, shingles, or other materials
- Apply waterproof coatings to protect roofs from weather damage
- Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a roofer in residential and commercial settings
- Proficiency in various roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow safety protocols
- Physical stamina to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Valid driver's license
