Restaurant Manager
Our busy restaurant in Albena is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily operations, including overseeing staff, budgets, and inventory
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that arise
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and develop staff on company policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Proficient in English communication (verbal and written)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
