We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Albena. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans and strategies to achieve sales targets
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product positioning and promotional campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for product assortment based on customer demand
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, signage, and displays
- Negotiate with suppliers for pricing, discounts, and promotional support
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities
- Utilize data analysis tools to track product performance and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail math principles
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel within Albena

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This is a contract position that may lead to permanent employment based on performance.
