Entry Level Gardener



We are seeking an Entry Level Gardener to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves being outdoors and has a passion for gardening. No previous experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting with planting, pruning, and maintaining plants in gardens and green spaces
- Ensuring proper care and maintenance of all gardening tools and equipment
- Maintaining clean and organized workspaces
- Following instructions from senior gardeners and completing assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Communicating any issues or concerns with plants or equipment to senior gardeners
- Adhering to safety protocols while performing gardening duties

Requirements:

- Passion for gardening and enthusiasm to learn new skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
- Detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, and trees preferred but not required
