Courier Supervisor

As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of couriers in the city of Bansko. Your main duties will include coordinating delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for training new couriers, monitoring their performance, and providing feedback to improve their skills. Additionally, you will be expected to handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolve any issues that arise during deliveries, and maintain accurate records of deliveries. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a courier or in a similar supervisory role. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous experience as a courier or in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred:
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in Bansko
- Proficiency in another language spoken by the local population (i.e., Bulgarian)
- Experience working with delivery tracking systems
