Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing exterior building facades. This includes working with materials such as glass, metal, and stone to create visually appealing and structurally sound facades. The ideal candidate will have experience in facade installation and repair, as well as strong technical skills and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to design plans
- Repair damaged or worn facades
- Apply waterproofing and weatherproofing materials to protect facades from the elements
- Use various tools and equipment to cut, shape, and install facade materials
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or repair
- Knowledge of various facade materials and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret design plans
- Strong technical skills for working with tools and equipment
- Attention to detail for precise installation of facade components
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work at heights if required

Preferred:
- Certification or training in facade installation or construction
- Experience working on high-rise buildings
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Russian
