Architectural Technologist


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and engineers to translate designs into technical drawings and plans. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the accurate and efficient execution of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any technical issues or concerns
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, estimates, and budgets
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and new building materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary:
1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience).

Location:
St. Petersburg, Russia.

This is a full-time position. We welcome applicants from all nationalities but fluency in English is required.
