Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. Your main duties will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computers, software, and hardware. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients.
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position and possess strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications. You should also have experience with remote desktop tools and be able to provide support remotely.
Your responsibilities will also include maintaining client records, updating software and hardware systems, and providing training to clients on how to use our products. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. You must also be able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
