Locksmith Technician

We are looking for a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks and security devices. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction with your work.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain locks and security devices such as electronic keypads, biometric passport systems, and keyless entry systems
- Cut new or duplicate keys using specialized tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with locks and security devices
- Provide emergency lockout services for homes, businesses, and vehicles
- Create master key systems for clients with multiple locks
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients
- Stay updated on advancements in the locksmith industry and attend training as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Locksmith or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of locks and security devices
- Ability to use specialized tools to cut keys, open locks, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and perform manual tasks such as cutting keys or installing locks

Preferred Qualifications:
- Biometric passport technology knowledge is a plus
- Experience working with electronic keypads and keyless entry systems is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is an advantage

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Chelyabinsk (accommodation provided if needed)
