We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Egypt. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maximizing profits.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of servers, chefs, and other staff members
- Create and maintain schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize profits
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Must have a valid visa for employment in Egypt
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
