Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in office administration and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies, including ordering and restocking
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
- Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate parties
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Creating and maintaining filing systems
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in office administration or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
Salary: $1200 per month
