We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Ufa. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious coffee beverages for our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, and we welcome candidates of Indian nationality. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency is not required for this role as long as the candidate can communicate effectively with team members and customers. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate, and we are open to candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare various coffee beverages according to our recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Able to work well within a team as well as independently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
