Office Assistant
Our company in Izhevsk is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, your main role will be to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
