Office Assistant

We are in need of an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Your main duties will include maintaining office supply inventory, handling incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments and meetings, and handling basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Prior experience as an office assistant is preferred but not required. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month with accommodation provided. Candidates must have a biometric passport and preference will be given to Pakistani or Egyptian nationals who do not require English proficiency for this role.
