Junior Web Designer

As a Junior Web Designer for our growing company in Ashdod, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Your primary focus will be designing website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that the design is implemented accurately and meets the needs of our clients. Additionally, you will have opportunities to learn from experienced designers and expand your skills in web design. This position is open to Canadians with no English language requirement, as accommodation can be provided. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create website layouts and graphics using industry-standard design software
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Design user-friendly interfaces for websites and web applications
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in web design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of responsive design principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a passion for web design
