Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in the city of Ashdod. You will be responsible for leading a team of architects and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all stages of architectural design and construction projects from concept to completion
- Develop project budgets, timelines, and schedules
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project timeline
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
- Experience with budget management
-Sound understanding of sustainable design principles

Salary:

The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

This job is located in Ashdod, a vibrant city on the Mediterranean coast of Israel. The city is known for its beautiful beaches, lively culture, and growing economy.
