We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Herzliya. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' computer systems and software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through phone, email, or in-person communication with clients
- Document all support activities and resolutions in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or engineers when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for technical support

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware components, and software applications
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
