Architecture Manager
Location: Sheduva, India


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Sheduva, India. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a strong background in architecture. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month and includes accommodation. Freshers with no experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire architectural project process, including planning, designing, and construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop appropriate design solutions
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within allocated resources
- Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure high-quality work is delivered
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into project designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required
