Restaurant Manager
We are a growing restaurant located in Sheduva, seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include creating schedules, ordering supplies, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality service and food standards are met. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service abilities. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000/month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and manage staff members
- Create schedules for employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Manage budgets and ensure financial goals are met
- Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
- Handle customer complaints or issues effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with ease
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Fluent in English (preferred but not required)
