Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Sheduva. As the office manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for students or individuals looking for jobs without English language proficiency, as no English is required.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, maintaining records and databases, scheduling appointments and meetings, and providing general administrative support to the team. You will also be responsible for managing employee schedules, organizing travel arrangements and accommodations as needed. Additionally, you will assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings and conducting initial screening of candidates.
To excel in this role, you should have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
