Facade Technician
The Facade Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades in Kaunas. This individual must have prior experience in the construction or building industry, with a strong understanding of facade materials and techniques. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair building facades according to design plans and specifications
- Inspect existing facades for damage or wear and perform necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance process
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times
- Keep accurate records of materials used and hours worked

Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction or building maintenance, preferably with a focus on facades
- Strong knowledge of facade materials, techniques, and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work at heights if necessary
- Fluent in English with good communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas.

Employment Type:
Part-time (20 hours per week)
