Architecture Manager



The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design and construction process for various projects in Kaunas, Lithuania. This includes coordinating with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the design and construction process for multiple architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and develop project plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure projects meet industry standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Lead a team of architects, drafters, and other professionals to successfully complete projects
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building materials, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to lead a team effectively and work collaboratively with others
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

Contract Type: Full-time contract position
