Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Good knowledge of various repair and maintenance techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
