Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with a focus on sustainable design and construction practices. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from concept development to project completion. They will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery. The Architecture Manager must also have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of architects and designers. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or related field
- Experience with sustainable design and construction practices
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from concept development to project completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor progress and budget throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure that projects adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and standards
- Mentor and train junior architects
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices
