Tiler Supervisor


As a Tiler Supervisor in Atlanta, you will oversee and manage a team of tilers to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of tiling projects. You will be responsible for planning and organizing the team's work schedule, ensuring that all materials are available and projects are completed within budget. You will also be responsible for training new team members and providing guidance and support to ensure that all work meets industry standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different tiling techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, bending, lifting, etc.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to supervise a team effectively

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and schedule tiling projects according to deadlines and budget constraints
- Ensure that all materials are available for each project by coordinating with suppliers
- Oversee the work of tiling team members to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards
- Train new team members on tiling techniques, safety protocols, and company policies
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed throughout the project
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance purposes
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Keep track of project expenses to ensure they stay within budget constraints

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role as a Tiler Supervisor in Atlanta, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a tiler or in a similar supervisory role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with relevant certifications or training in tiling. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also necessary for this position.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, along with health benefits and opportunities for career growth. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours of work per week.
