Architectural Technologist

We are currently hiring for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Atlanta. This is a contract position, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and possess excellent technical skills in AutoCAD and other relevant software. They will also have experience working on projects in the United States and be fluent in English. Women and foreign candidates are encouraged to apply. The salary for this position is $1500 per week.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our team of architects to develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects. You will use your expertise to ensure that all designs meet building codes, regulations, and client requirements. This role also requires strong communication skills as you will collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals throughout the design process.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3-5 years of experience working as an architectural technologist or similar role. You should also have a degree or diploma in architecture or a related field. Knowledge of sustainability principles and LEED certification is highly desirable.

As we work on projects across the United States, it is important that you have experience working on projects within the country and are familiar with local building codes and regulations. You should also be proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software such as Revit or SketchUp.
