We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Eldoret! As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and presented in an appealing and organized manner in various retail stores. Your main goal will be to increase sales and promote our brand.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores and ensure that our products are properly displayed and stocked
- Create attractive displays to showcase our products
- Collaborate with store managers to plan and execute promotions and sales events
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the sales team to restock products as needed
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competition
- Develop relationships with store managers to negotiate favorable product placement
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences
- Ability to work independently and meet targets within tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in visual merchandising is a plus
