We are in need of a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Shan, Philippines. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and pouring concrete for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark out designated areas for concrete placement
- Set up forms and reinforcing materials according to project plans
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to specifications
- Smooth and level freshly poured concrete using various tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds
- Apply curing or sealing compounds to protect finished surfaces
- Check finished work for accuracy and quality standards
- Clean and maintain equipment used for concrete pouring

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role in the construction/building industry
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixes and their uses
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints/plans
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
