We are a well-established bakery in the bustling city of Shan, known for our delectable pastries and desserts. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries, cakes, and other desserts. Your role will involve developing new recipes, ensuring the quality and consistency of our products, and managing inventory and supplies. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for creating delicious treats. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare various pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes
- Develop new recipes that reflect current trends while maintaining our signature flavors
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all products by conducting regular taste tests
- Manage inventory levels to ensure ingredients are always available
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan menus and coordinate orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a busy bakery or restaurant
- Proven ability to create unique and delicious pastries from scratch
- Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with high standards for food presentation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location Preference:
