Carpenter - Experienced

We are a construction company located in Shan, seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in carpentry and must be able to communicate effectively in English. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine materials needed and dimensions to be followed
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut, shape, and smooth materials using hand and power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Inspect and repair damaged structures or fixtures
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in carpentry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of different types of wood and their uses
- Proficient in using hand and power tools safely
- Excellent communication skills in English

Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals or hold a valid work visa for Shan. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. This is an urgent requirement, so candidates who are available immediately will be given priority. Part-time applicants will not be considered for this role.
