Junior Florist


We are hiring a creative and passionate Junior Florist to join our team in Eschen, Pakistan. As a Junior Florist, you will be responsible for assisting senior florists in creating and arranging beautiful floral designs for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of our flower shop and ensuring that all orders are delivered to clients on time. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in floral design, excellent communication skills, and a strong eye for detail. Salary: 1600$ per month

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists in creating and arranging floral designs
- Prepare and maintain flower arrangements for various occasions
- Ensure all orders are delivered on time
- Maintain the overall appearance of the flower shop
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in floral design
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in floral design
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu or other local language is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Creative mindset with a passion for floral design
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must have valid work visa or residency permit
