Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Balzers. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will handle various tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Managing office supplies and placing orders when needed
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinating with other departments for administrative support
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
