As a Concrete Worker in our company, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the construction and maintenance of concrete structures. Your main duties will include mixing and pouring concrete, setting up and preparing job sites, and assisting with the installation of reinforcement materials.

To excel in this role, you should possess physical strength and stamina as well as the ability to work in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are also essential qualities for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Mixing and pouring concrete according to project specifications
- Setting up and preparing job sites by cleaning surfaces, digging trenches, and setting forms
- Assisting with the installation of reinforcement materials such as rebar
- Operating hand tools and power equipment to shape or cut concrete
- Applying finishing techniques such as smoothing or leveling concrete surfaces
- Cleaning up job sites after work is completed
- Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Basic understanding of math concepts for accurate measurements
- Prior experience working with concrete is preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand, bend, or kneel for long periods of time
