Formwork Specialist



A leading construction company in Karachi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Formwork Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in the field, you will be responsible for overseeing all formwork activities on our construction sites, ensuring quality and efficiency in all projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project managers to plan and coordinate formwork activities
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the layout and dimensions of formwork structures
- Construct and assemble formwork structures according to specifications, using various tools and materials
- Monitor and inspect the placement of concrete to ensure proper alignment with formwork
- Supervise a team of formworkers, providing guidance and training as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process and implement effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of different types of formwork systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of concrete placement techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards under tight deadlines
- Good physical stamina for working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Additional training or certification in formwork techniques is preferred.
