Waiter/Waitress


As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Your main duty will be to take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. You must have a friendly and outgoing personality, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering any questions they may have
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food
- Serve food and beverages to customers, checking for accuracy and quality
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Prepare bills for customers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
