We are seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team in Khanpur. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain and update office records, including filing systems and databases
- Schedule appointments and meetings for office staff
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance needs
- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
