Entry-Level Accountant

We are a growing accounting firm in Braga and we are seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We welcome candidates without prior experience, as training will be provided on the job. However, candidates must have a valid biometric passport and be able to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with general accounting duties such as data entry, reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable
- Preparing financial statements and reports
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Assisting with tax preparation and filing
- Communicating with clients to gather necessary information for accounting tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
