Entry-Level Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as entry-level Waiters/Waitresses in our restaurant located in Braga, Portugal. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and keeping the dining area clean and organized.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Check-in with customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism
- Clear tables and reset them for new customers
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with opening/closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have good communication skills (in English)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
