Team Lead



We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Team Lead to join our company in Porto. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, along with free visa and ticket.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement team strategies to meet project goals
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams and departments for successful project execution
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Communicate project updates and progress to upper management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role or as a team lead in a similar field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management tools/software
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
