Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Porto. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all architectural projects, including planning, design, budgeting, and scheduling
- Collaborate with project teams to develop creative and efficient solutions for design challenges
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect or in a similar role
- Proven experience managing architectural projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Porto (candidate preference)
