Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects for our company. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project requirements
- Create detailed project plans and timelines
- Oversee the design process from concept to construction documents
- Review and approve all architectural drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of work is maintained throughout construction
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven experience leading a team
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month plus accommodation in Porto. Visa sponsorship may also be provided for international candidates.
