Job Title: Temporary Barista in Porto

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude while taking orders and processing payments
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art skills are an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
