Administrative Assistant
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our company and its employees by handling various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Assist with the preparation of documents and reports
- Maintain company records and databases
- Schedule appointments and meetings for employees
- Coordinate travel arrangements for company executives
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
