Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and must possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects, including design, budgeting, and construction
- Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals that meet their requirements
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
