Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient office assistant to join our team in Faro. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the office. This includes managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling telephone calls and emails, and maintaining filing systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.
